Again Enable windows live mail

Postby tmsousa on Wed Feb 11, 2009 6:59 am

I'have my account workin perfectly for the last months now in the system messages i'have the error: "No folders detected. Likely the page structure has changed."
When try edit the hotmail account or even add a new one show the error: "There was an error logging in. Please make sure that you are using Windows Live Mail. If not, please log in to Hotmail, and enable it."
I alredy make sure that i can directly access in my inbox, without clicking any messages or notifications.
What can i do now?

Hello,

I am sorry for the trouble that you are having, would you please submit a bug report under the Account Management so that this issue could be investigated further?

Hi,
in the System Messages i can see that some of the emails have been forwarded but it steal show this message: "Could not log in. Maybe structure has changed or was not foreseen." Is this normal?
Thank You

Hello,

The messages in that section are for debugging purposes only. As long as the emails are being forwarded, there should be no problem.

Thanks
